Cold Springs 

2.00 oz Gin 
0.50 oz Coconut Water & Eucalyptus Syrup 
0.50 oz Lemon Juice 2 dashes Bittered Sling Lem-Marrakech Bitters 

Shake ingredients vigorously with ice for 7-10 seconds. Strain into an old fashioned glass, filled with fresh ice. 

Appaloosa 

1.50 oz Rittenhouse 100 Rye Whiskey (our house favorite) 
0.50 oz Sherry 
0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth 
2 dashes Bittered Sling Lem-Marrakech Bitters 

Stir all ingredients gently with ice for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass or V-shaped cocktail glass, and garnish with an orange cheek. 

Spiced Margarita 

1.50 oz Reposado Tequila 
0.50 oz Cointreau 
0.75 oz Lime Juice 
0.50 oz Simple Syrup 
2 dashes Bittered Sling Lem-Marrakech Bitters 

Shake ingredients vigorously with ice for 7-10 seconds. Strain into an old fashioned glass, filled with fresh ice, garnish with a lime slice. 

Hispanic Inquisition 

1.50 oz Onilikan Agave Aguardiente 
0.50 oz Lemon Juice 
0.50 oz Hibiscus Flower Syrup 
2 dashes Bittered Sling Lem-Marrakech Bitters 

Shake ingredients vigorously with ice for 7-10 seconds. Strain into a champagne flute, top with ice-cold sparkling wine and a fancy lemon twist.
