A newer drink in the world of cocktails, the French Pearl was invented by Audrey Saunders, New York's famous bartender. From her Pagu Club, considered one of the most influential bars in the United States, this drink was created and at the front of the craft cocktail movement. Our Mixologist used her creation to bring out the flavors of the Papillon Pastis and combine them with our Peach Flavored Brandy into a drink that was as much as a tribute to 1800s France, as the original was intended to be.
