Of course, they tend to make delicious cocktails too! Our Distiller Tim, loves pineapple, so we decided it was time we added this spirit to our collection.

Pineapples are the third most important tropical fruit in world production. When pineapples were introduced to Europe in the 17th century, they became an icon that signified luxury. After all, they do wear a lovely crown!
