Peach Shrub tastes just like biting into a ripe, ready peach. The peach's natural sweetness will quickly quench your thirst, but without the mess of the juice running over your hand and down the front or your shirt! Great as a mixer, but equally delicious in marinades, over ice cream and in a sweet vinaigrette.

Spiced Southern Peach

2 ounces bourbon
1 oz Tait Farm Peach Shrub
2 dashes of orange bitters
Splash of ginger beer 

Mix all ingredients in a glass and stir. Serve on the rocks with an swath of orange peel.


Peach Blossom Bellini

We suggest Consetti Moscato d'Asti or Drusian Glam Prosseco for this sparkling cocktail.

1/2 oz Sparkling White Wine 
1 oz Tait Farm Peach Shrub
2 dashes peach bitters
Frozen raspberry for garnish 

Pour shrub into a champagne flute or coupe. Add sparkling wine. Top with 2 dashes of peach bitters. Drop frozen raspberry in and serve.
