Apricot Bitters, created in collaboration with Brooklyn-based Master Bartender, Justin Lane Briggs are produced in small batches by hand, using only raw and natural ingredients. They are mellow and round up front with bold, sun-ripened apricot tones, a hint of cinnamon, rosemary warmth, and a clean bitters finish. Apricot Bitters work well with aged rum, gin, genever, and especially bourbon. They can also be used in an Old Fashioned, a Manhattan, an Apricot Collins, or your favorite summer cocktail. Experiment by adding several dashes to your baked goods and vinaigrette recipes or simply add to soda water and enjoy as a digestif.
