Its floral, bitter, sweet, sour and bright. This extract captures the multi-level flavour notes of the perfect sweet orange. She lends herself well to all spirits, but white ones in particular! 

Orange is a natural relief of heartburn, and strengthens the heart, and her muscles. 

Juniper is a naturally effective relief in joint pain, arthritis and has been used for centuries to help calm coughs, bronchitis and gastro-intestinal infections. 

Beverage recommendations: Our Orange extract is different than most – we analyze the tasting notes of the sweet orange and branch off in a thousand directions! More than just the orange flavour and aroma, this extract is brilliant in anything – a wonderful all-purpose bright and fresh addition.

Cherry Beret 

1.00 oz Campari 
0.75 oz Juiced Cherry Syrup 
0.75 oz Lemon Juice 
2.00 oz Oolong Tea (brewed and cooled) 
2 dashes Bittered Sling Orange & Juniper Bitters 

Shake all ingredients with ice, single strain into an old fashioned glass with ice. Garnish with 2 pitted BC Cherries. 

Lincoln County Lemonade 

1.50 oz Corn Whiskey or Bourbon 
2 Cherries, pitted 
0.75 oz Lemon Juice 
0.75 oz Light Maple Syrup 
2 dashes Bittered Sling Orange & Juniper Bitters 
2.00 oz Sparkling Water 

In a shaker, muddle the cherries together with the whiskey, bitters, syrup and citrus. Add the syrup, and muddle until well incorporated. Add ice, and shake vigorously. Pour all the contents without straining into an old fashioned glass, and top with a dash of sparkling water. Stir gently, and garnish with two pitted cherries, an orange peel. 

Orange & Stormy 

2.00 oz Premium Aged Rum 
2 dashes Bittered Sling Orange & Juniper Bitters 
Top with Fentiman’s Gingerbeer 

Build ingredients in a collins glass filled with ice. Add the gingerbeer, stir gently (swizzle) and garnish with lime wedge. 
Royal Rosales 

1.00 oz Gin 
0.50 oz Lemon Juice 
0.50 oz Strawberry Syrup 
0.25 oz Pear Brandy 
2 dashes Bittered Sling Orange & Juniper Bitters 

Shake ingredients vigorously with ice for 7-10 seconds. Strain into a champagne flute, top with ice-cold sparkling wine and a fancy lemon twist. 

Maximillian Affair 

1.50 oz Reposado Tequila 
0.50 oz Grand Marnier 
0.50 oz Sweet Vermouth 
2 dashes Bittered Sling Orange & Juniper Bitters 

Stir all ingredients gently with ice for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass or V-shaped cocktail glass, garnish with an orange peel.
