The Bang Candy Company is owned and run by Sarah Souther who is aided and abetted by a couple of wild and wonderful assistants. The syrups are a little something to enliven a glass of Prosecco or Champagne, beef up a vodka tonic, add a skip in the step of a martini or splash into some soda water for a refreshing summer drink. The syrup flavors include Celery, Ginger Rosemary, Habanero Lime, Strawberry Rhubarb and Lavender Mint. These versatile concoctions can be used in any comestible or libation your imagination can muster.
Lucious strawberry and rhubarbs will help you celebrate Vodka, Ginn, Tequila and Mezcal all year long! Try it in a long drink with sparking water and lots of ice and an herb garnish.
Warm spices and Hickory smoked orange peel combine to render this swarthy concoction. Delightful on a chilly evening with your favorite dark liqour.
Basil is known as the King of Herbs and Peaches are regal in their own right, roll out the red carpet for this royal marriage of flavors. Just add Prosecco for a heavenly Bellini with a twist!
Oh Boy! Spicy stuff this is. Divine in a Whiskey Sour or a Margarita. Also excellent as a natural soda combined with freshly squeezed lime juice, crushed ice and a nice splash of soda water.
So summery and floral but with a nice tart hibiscus bite. As with most of The Bang Candy Company syrups this goes very well in lemonade and tea but for a nice 5 o'clock pick-me-up try shaking up three tablespoons of syrup with the freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 a lime and a stiff measure of vodka, garnish with a twist of orange peel and serve up in a chilled martini glass!
