Royal Rose - Lavender Lemon Syrup
Lavender has been used for centuries as a traditional folk remedy to alleviate all sorts of ailments, including upset stomach, anxiety, and insomnia. We use certified organic true lavender (lavandula angustifolia) to give our syrup a highly aromatic nose. Organic lemon juice and zest complement the lavender’s floral-herbaceous notes.

1.5 oz NVD Reserve Vodka
.75 oz Royal Rose Lavender-Lemon syrup
.75 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Fill with soda.
Ramos Gin Fizz
Well, okay, it’s not exactly a Ramos gin fizz- but it’s equally delicious. Really! Instead of plain simple syrup, we used Royal Rose Lavender Lemon syrup and omitted the orange flower water. You still get that subtle floral quality, and the lavender and citrus pair perfectly with the egg white and cream. YUM.
2 oz NVD Old Hollywood Ginn
.75 oz Royal Rose Lavender Lemon Syrup
.75 oz heavy cream
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz fresh lime juice
1 egg white
Dry shake the ingredients for 1 minute or more, then add ice and shake another minute. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda and don’t forget the straw.
