Bittercube - Blackstrap Bitters
Full-bodied, with molasses, clove, sassafras and sarsaparilla aroma and flavors. Two types of molasses are utilized, a Double A grade and a Blackstrap Molasses. These sit perfectly atop egg white cocktails and provide intense aroma and visual appeal.

Reverse Perfect Manhattan
2 oz. Kentucky Vintage Bourbon
.75 oz. Sweet Vermouth (Carpano or Cocchi Vermouth di Torino)
.25 oz. Dry Vermouth
11 drops Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
7 drops Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters
Stir the ingredients in a pint glass and strain into rocks glass over ice, or martini glass. Garnish: Lemon Twist
The Fall of Temperance
1.5 oz. Flor de Cana White Rum
.5 oz. Blackstrap Rum.
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.75 oz. Simple Syrup.
1 dropper Bittercube Jamaican Bitters #1
Shake the ingredients thoroughly and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with 7 drops of Blackstrap Bitters.
Hot Brandy Toddy
2 oz Yahara Bay Apple Brandy
.5 oz Lemon
.5 oz Demerara Syrup
.25 oz Honey
13 drops Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters
4 oz Hot Water
Warm a mug with a hot water rinse. In shaking tin combine ingredients and place tin on top of another shaking tin that has hot water at the bottom. Get the chill out of the cocktail, then add to mug. Top with hot water, garnish with Cinnamon Stick and/or Lemon Slice.
