Bitter End - Memphis Barbecue Bitters

The flavor certainly isn’t conventional but if you’re looking for cocktail ingredients to buy, you owe it to yourself to give these a try! As crazy as we might sound, this fiery red bottle contains taste some of the best bitters we’ve ever had. The subtle, smoky hint of barbecue works surprisingly well in a cocktail glass – especially when added to a Manhattan, Caucasian or simply whiskey served neat.
Barbequed Iguana (Spicy & Savory)
2 oz reposado tequila
1 1-inch piece of celery
2 cilantro leaves
½ oz lime juice
½ medium tomato
4 drops Bitter End Bar-B-Que Bitters
Muddle all ingredients, except tequila, in a mixing glass. Add tequila and shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
I'll Take Manhattan (Everyones favorite Cocktail served with a side of ribs)
2 oz rye whiskey
1 oz sweet vermouth
3 drops Bitter End Bar-B-Que Bitters
Stir with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Deep South (A smoky Rum concoction)
2 oz XO rum
4 drops The Bitter End™ Memphis Barbeque Bitters
¾ oz sweet vermouth
1 lime wedge for garnish
Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
The Appalachian (A sweet and smoky concoction)
2 oz Bourbon
75 oz sweet vermouth
.25 oz maple syrup
5 drops The Bitter End Barbeque bitters
Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice, stir, and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
Garnish with a cherry
